Please fill out:
- your diyaudio name
- when received
- when sent to next person (try to move it as fast as you can)
- a summary of what's in there (so people get an idea and can distinguish from the various boxes going around)
- a comment (such as weight, size, price of shipping if you just sent it, state of box location, etc...) or even a (nonbinding) request of what you would like or what you are looking for (so those in front of you can stock it up if they have it). A comment could be that the next person is not responding with an address or that the box is held up for some reason. Or asking if anyone wants LM3886 boards or whatever. Be helpful and creative.

If boxes are big and "full" please indicate so donor's do not sign up to recieve them.

If boxes are small and "empty" please indicate so donors do sign up to receive them.
