Test Equipment

Hi There,
A thought crossed my mind (a rare occurrence these days!).
We spend a lot of time building our projects from the very simple to the extremely complex and costly.

Now the thought was this: -
How about including a forum where we can download/design and build our own test equipment such as:- signal generators, signal tracers, capacitance meters, testing bridges, frequency/function generators/meters, variable power supplies, dummy loads
and other such interesting things.

There used to be stuff like this in valued magazines such as Elektor and other publications so maybe an on-line version would have value?
