Well for crying out loud. Yes, those are the locations! I have only started wiring the power supply, and hadnt even thought of the speaker outs. I couldnt find any pics where I could follow it, #828 was about the closest. Thanks!Russel, where or what is L+/L-? Can't find on my board.
If you mean LS+ -> that's the speaker output, LS- is the speaker gnd = psu gnd.

Yes, I meant "LS" locations. I guess I looked for "out"! Havent got to wiring the boards yet, I guess it would have been obvious at that point.Just in case,
LS+ goes to the Loudspeaker +
LS- goes to loudspeaker -
U+ is V+ from power supply
U- is v- from power supply
I am not seeing L+ or L-
My brain put them in the "power supply" category for some unknown reason!
Thanks,
Russellc
Just caught your comment. Since mine is like yours, lip down, (and all my rectifiers are gooped and mounted) I think I will duplicate your idea. Plus, I have the big sits and will try that version eventually. Even if I ran the mains down middle on top for now, will be re wired later anyway. Your method allows me just enough laziness, and wires will still be under. Win-win sort of.Ok, so lip down is fine as long as mains still go under plate unimpeded if thats how I plan to run them. I only had 12mm standoffs, so I don't think I'd need to flip it up unless I wanted even more room. Ill probably put it up anyway just because why not. Of course, if someone wasn't going to run mains under the plate for whatever reason, then it wouldn't matter if lip is up or down. I've also seen some builds where mains are sent down through the mounting holes with a gasket to protect from fraying. I'm guessing that's not a preferred method due to higher risk of damage and harder to disassemble if needed.
If this is the primary "why to have lip up", then that makes sense to me. I thought there may be other reasons.
Thanks Plott!

Will Have order some, all my stand offs are puny size for boards.
Russellc
have M5 nuts? 2 or 3 stacked (on longer M4 screw), Voila
LS is Lautsprecher, Loudspeaker, Tannoy, whatever
what's wrong with comparing boards and schematic?
I'm just going to double up the 14 gauge.I use 13-14 gauge, but now I just "translated" OmniMighty's 4mm2 into gauge.
However, in my monoblocks I will use beefy 11 gauge.
I have a question about the phase of the H2 and absolute phase. This topic makes my head - whether the screen is flipped upside down or not. I usually run my speaker wires reversed to accommodate a tube pre that inverts absolute phase, with the goal of restoring absolute phase. The question that I can't figure out is whether this setup ends up with a positive dominant H2, as the speaker wires are swapped? Hopefully, this makes sense.
As for the amp, I absolutely love it. Even though I will need another few days to evaluate it with the speaker polarity in the opposite configuration
It (SET version) has been playing for a couple of days. No issues whatsoever, and it sounds fantastic. Much more headroom than my Aleph J. In the context of my setup, the amp is more transparent than the AJ, more 'refined' and it resolves details better which I notice in the decay of sounds (piano and bass in particular). Yes, this is all subjective so take it with a grain of salt. I do think this is the pinnacle of my amp journey to date and that I will live with this one for a long time. Of course, I put it together and am 'drinking the ZM kool aid' ... but for context, my journey did include a decade with the x150.5, followed by the Don Sachs Kootenay/KT88, and recently the cool-running the Atmasphere Class D to stand in for the Aleph in the hot months.
Thanks again designing and sharing this awesome amp 🙏

I’ve given up trying…it’s futile.. and I can stop building amps anytime I want to
Yes... if you repeat it enough times you'll actually believe it... eventually.. and I can stop building amps anytime I want to
