We've a way to go yet but it's basically a smaller version. Same Peerless full range drivers.

Use polyfill stuffing from closed end to a little past the driver. Some people go as far as 2/3rds from the closed end. Experiment but don't overstuff or you will get very little bass. I see you have a removable front panel so it may require adjustment to get the best sound. From seeing how big your box is, I would guess 10 to 20 grams per side of of polyfill would be a good start.
