Sorry for the delay in our reply, Monday/Tuesday being National Holidays for Hong Kong so our staff was on leave. Can you please clarify your order number? We don't see any emails of someone having an issue downloading the plug-ins on info@minidsp.com nor onlineorder@minidsp.com so I'm not sure which email you're using...

Plug-ins are automatically enabled with an AutoEmail once the product is ordered. It contains a key with a link to the software.

Though we don't have your order id ,Looking at logs and your name, it's possible that you are one of the clients that didn't finalize the payment (PayPal gateway). We've already emailed you separately if that's the case... Plugin download key is only emailed when payment is processed.

Order# 1853 was back in Sept 2011 hence the reason why we couldn't find it in the last few days... :) Your account was indeed mis-configured but the problem is now fixed. Please Login to your account and access the User downloads, the 2way advanced plug-in you purchased will be there.

We also for some reason never received any emails to "onlineorders@minidsp.com" about the issue though you mentioned above that your emailed us.Please make sure that you're using the correct address. You can maybe send a test email to make sure that it's correct.
