I think they rate it at 8.8W which is not hurting a 300B.

We have had a few thru here for the mod that keeps the power supply caps from puking their guts out. All clipped at just over 5W.

Hi ttan. It's an old OEM model that is no longer made. It's a low Qts driver. About 0.26, very efficient. Good cone, not much break-up peak.

The Dayton pro 18 is similar.

I believe the 18'' driver that was used is now discontinued, at least I think I read that right somewhere ???

Should work.

I've been using it (them). Not the best but decent enough. Very good C/P.

Should be OK. You have to be careful of the 1.5Khz spike on drivers like this. It can come back to bite you. Even if you are crossing low. Typical of a pro 18". But I've not heard it, so hard to say.

One driver I would be interested in hearing is the Selenium 18WS600. My Selenium 15" drivers sounded very nice on open baffle. So I suspect that the 18W600 might, too.
