I am trying to generate audio signals using LM386. But the problem is the impedance is not matching with the loud speaker.

Circuit? Loudspeaker details? Its an amp, it won't generate signals by itself, so what's the source?
LM386 amplifier is good for audio applications and the load impedance must match the output. Generally, if you want to connect the loud speaker make sure that the load impedance is within the limits.
As per the datasheet of LM386 datasheet, it is mandatory to maintain impedance between 8 to 32 ohms. Hence the impedance of loud speaker must be within this range.
