The PCB dimensions are 90 X 115 mm.

Yes, PCBs are still available. The price for one PCB is 28 Euros, including shipping.

If you order the PCB, I will send you also the BOM with order codes from Farnell or Mouser for most of the components.

awesome. since the opa627 are the big expense at about $80/pair, a more affordable alternative is a good option. i don't have an opinion about the OPA1611, but if you think it will perform well with your design, it will be ok for me. soldering in a small board is not my definition of fun, but since the 584-LT1763IS8-1.8PBF has a similar socket, it will requiere the same skill for the to solder the regulator in the pcb as opamp. in a dip board.

Yes, this is a problem with a lot of ICs these days, not only the regulators.

Mouser gives an expected date on 18-Jan-23 for the LT1964ES5-BYP#TRMPBF and on 30-Jan-23 for LT1763CS8PBF.
The best I could say from my experience is that a lot of times these delivery dates happen much earlier than what they say.
So if you order them now as a backorder, MAYBE you will receive them earlier than the dates above.

will wait till the board is here. I have the boom on the shopping cart between mouser and Newark. Most of the components will came from mouser that has overall better prices, but Newark several components that are missing from mouser, including has a toroidal that fits in height my chosen case and comes with a mount kit. funny that even though is a 30Va, its height is smaller than other 15Va, and as a bonus is 115/230V

It seems that the through hole version of the OPA627 is out of production.

The SMD version is active (in SOIC package) with a little better price (28 to 33 Euros) than the DIP version and can be used to build the preamplifier.
A small adaptor will be needed to place it in the PCB (like Farnell: code 3050946 or 2476033 and Mouser: code 910-PA0001).
