100A High Power Rectifier Diodes with Forward Voltage Drop >200mV wanted

What blocking voltage?
For that low <200mV drop at 100A, use MOSFETs.
Although the power dissipation is medium 20W (0.2V@100A), the current is too much for many single semi packages, and PC boards unless you use heavy copper or busbars.

Silicon Schottky Diodes look like Vf=0.7V at 100A

Close but not quite there.
20V 120A Vf typ .27V @ Tj=150C

Got to keep them hot.
Vf typ .42V @ Tj=25C

thank you for all advices. Unfortunately no supplier like digikey SD275SE30A offer this diode
I will check as soon as possible a supplier by phone. MOSFET's in general also a good solution but too complicated in the desired application.

I want to use this diode in a diy humbuster (hum-filter, DC filter, DC blocker - circuit idea from me in the PDF attachement) to prevent the electrolytic capacitor against too high voltage in the reverse mode.

The feature of my circuit should be checking out the most effective filtering of unwanted dc components by turning on the mains plug.

If the mains plug not in the right way connected, the arise voltage about the polarized cap shold be as low as possible - therefore the desire of such a diode.

An other solution could be special electrolytic caps with extra high voltage for the reverse mode.
But I don't like topologies (used very often) so called "back-to-back" series connection or anti-parallel connection of electrolytics, because I cannot find anywhere exactly investigations about the behaviour while high current draw (e.g. while the moment of inrush current from a big toroidal transformer).
Such topologies you will find a lot by this URLs here on diyaudio:
