I was able to get it working in my setup ...was glad..
But the audio/video output jack ( 3.5 mm plug with tip - ring1 - ring2 - sleeve ) need a cable and as far as I can figure out they put the ground on the sleeve ...most of the commercial cable use ring #2 for ground ....
Where should I ask for this special cable ? .. I read somewhere that this pinout is MP3 or MP4 player configuration ... is it true ?

most headphones have one ear on the tip and the other ear on the first ring, return on the back shaft. PC's put this stereo signal out on the green jack, also CD players. Very standard.
If you're going to a power amp with two RCA jacks, then adapter to two female RCA plugs is useful. A 2 m one is mcmelectronic.com PN 24-15614. a 1 m one is 24-15612. They operate in Canada as farnell.com with an in country warehouse.
Some pro audio devices like mixers and effects boxes use the 1/4 stereo phone plug with the tip hot, the first ring return (I guess) and the shaft as coaxial shield ( I guess). I have some broken devices with these sockets for input but they don't act as stereo. XLR connectors are more standard for this service, on condensor microphone particularly, but more expensive.

Look at the table below I was looking for cable with '' MP3 Players '' pinout ... but it en up in a jewlers job cutting the rubber jacket .. desoldering .. resoldering ... and finish with glue gun hot plastic and a plastic tubing... not the best look bu works ... !

You're on you're own, biggest consumer accessory warehouse I know of is MCM, and they don't list such a thing. Radio Shack is dead, and weren't stocking anything but toy RC cars and cell phone accessories at the end.
