You can start by working out some enclosure sizes for the woofer and mid, and putting them in boxes. I assume the mid should go in a closed box and the woofer seems to be in a vented one. The external dimensions are on the site you linked to. Try not to incorporate bumps or steps across your baffle, e.g. flush mount your drivers (particularly tweeters), and round the cabinet edges where possible.

Do you have plans to measure them once you have them in boxes?
 
Just use minidsp! If you want to make it easy, buy 4x10Hd and the plugin. If you want a distributed system, then 2x4 modules or boxed and plugin. You will also need UMIK-1 and REW or some other analyzing system (or a friend with those) to set up the system.
