I just posted some details on the 4D32 single-ended ultralinear amp that I've been working on: 4D32 SE UL amp

Very nice. Yours is much neater than mine.
I did a 4d32 single ended. Parallel 6an4 driver and a mosfet between the driver and output. I ended up with thd .36% at one watt and 2.71% at ten watts. Amp starts to clip right after 10 watts.

On a separate topic I used your sound card interface to take the measurements. Works like a charm.
Super interested in building these monoblocks. Will the input stage PCBs be sold on your eBay site, Pete?

Yup. They should get here this week.

I got 18W with triode mode with B+ of 440V. My driver is able to drive 4D32's grid positive. It'd be interesting if you drive the UL mode with your A2 MOSFET buffer. 🙂

That sounds about right. I didn't try A2...

Thank you Pete! I ordered the driver boards (and PSU boards as well!)

And for your next trick, an adapter to run a 5-125B... 🙂 WHile you're at it, goose the B+ to about 700V, spec a PS capable of 120 mA and get ready for 30W in A1.
cheers,
Douglas
