I have tried a 500 watt amplifier but I have a problem. It's not stable. This Type of Work Is there a simple Document that will work harder upwards than mono-500 watt?

There are lots of great amplifier designs from people who support their designs right on this site. Check out some of Ostripper's designs. What you have there will never run safely at 500W.

Much better 😎
The design above, usually use for audio pro and when people do not really care about sound quality.
Apart from being just too basic and a naive design, it can't safely deliver 500W into any load at all. A big amplifier also really needs protection from overload and abuse and this design has nothing at all - an expensive disaster waiting to happen, I fear. Don't ignore VI limiting at high power - unless of course, you really have phenomenal current capability that is enough to survive shorts without damage.......Is there a simple Document that will work harder upwards than mono-500 watt....
If you believe you need enough power to fill a stadium, I suggest that you check out Apexaudio's proven designs on many threads here too. Start by scanning through xrk971's thread which is a catalogue of Apex audio DIY designs from 50W to over 1kW. Note that schematics are often incomplete - most require some specified combination of separate power supply, protection, speaker disconnect as additional circuitry: http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/solid-state/292226-directory-apex-audio-amplifiers.html
