Perhaps its possible to use a diamond file on the reverse end of the smallest allen key you have and reduce it till it fits - though you might need a good lens and steady hand to get a good hex profile. By creating a tapered end you'll have a one-size-fits-several small allen key for any other tiny grub-screws.
I confess to in the past using a jeweller's screwdriver set for such purposes - its not ideal by any means, but in a scrape improvisation can prove handy.

Just buy a small metric Allen wrench set, one of them will fit. Only $4, and you don't want to strip it.

So how big is the connector? What kind is it?the size Allen wrench I need
Taking a wild guess, it's a "DIN", which has a 13.2mm shell. Simple scaling on the image says 0.947mm. Squinting error and likely standard wrench sizes suggest a 1mm.
HOWEVER-- a web search suggests small Allens go 0.7, 0.9, 1.3, 1.5, 2.0mm.

Last time restoring a 3009, the parts required an imperial size instead. I'd suggest get both imperial and metric.Just buy a small metric Allen wrench set, one of them will fit. Only $4, and you don't want to strip it.

Instead of the 0.9mm size, the 0.035" SAE Allen wrench also should work.
Full disclosure, this is actually a Graham arm & cable, but still very British so yeah it might work. Turns out Wiha has the tiny Imperial set to match
