Advice seeked: connection of a stereo potentiometer used in mono setup

I am building a MIDI faderbox with linear sliders connected to a Teensy microcontroller. I had a good price on stereo linear potentiometers so I bought such ones instead of mono equivalents.


Here's the potentiometer's schematics:

I am going to use pins 1, 2 and 3. The question is: should I leave pins 1', 2' and 3' unconnected or should I connect some/all of them to ground? Which one(s)?
