Hello everyone! This project is my first time with dual power supply so, before i start to modify the amp and eventualy be disapointed (or worse, start a fire.), i prefer asking you if improvements are needed on my schematic. Thank you in advance!
[Edit] Typos on the schematic, C3' and C7' 10nf.

The main determining factor in tone is the speaker. Also the main limitation. Try connecting your amp to a 4x12 or 2x12 cab, or for that matter most any other speaker. hear the huge difference.

Already done, 2x12 and 1x12. The clean is ok but the distortion channel is horrible.I've done some modifications already to, at least, have a decent crunch instead of that ugly hard metal distortion given by the original circuit.
So from the schematic it looks like you removed the gain pot? So the crunch is good, what are you trying to achieve more than that?

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
I have modified the circuit to be a "king of tone" clone when distortion is engaged but wanted to keep the clean channel. My concern is principaly about the switch in the gain loop on IC1A.

Schematic wont load for me. Maybe take a picture and post as a normal image?
From what I can see the switch has two sections, one is to shut down the distortion amplifier during clean operation, to reduce crosstalk coming from the distortion amp if simply left running during clean operation...
You could play with very low voltage zeners in series with the existing diodes for a softer clip, but FAIK the tone king circuit already does that.
