18W - Superior deep bass, warm and rich, less power handling
18H - Better midrange detail, more open sounding and extremely dynamic, bass not as deep but can handle a lot of power. Better bass detail.
Both are phenomenal drivers, depends on what kind of sound you're looking for. I would go with the Skaaning driver for its more advanced motor and build quality as well as customization options.

Hi,
The Scanspeak, not great value but the best value expensive driver.
Zaph|Audio - ZRT - Revelator Tower
Poor design will render any comparative comments meaningless.
I never seen a C-Quenze driver that is worth the asking price IMO.
rgds, sreten.
