I'll keep this as short and quick as possible. There doesn't seem to be to many owners/reviews of this amp, so I wanted to toss in a few words. This amp deserves it. Being obsessed with SQ I've owned all sorts of high-end car, home and professional gear over the past 20 years. I've had this amp for 4-5 years now. I took a chance when I bought it, but since then I have used it to power mb quart, dynaudio and focal car speakers. This amp is a solid SQ performer ! I've since sold the car (without the Audison)... Its been laying in the closet for the past 9 months.. until today.
I've been wanting to upgrade my (Bryston 4b) in my home system lately .. For fun I jigged the audison to my house system using a pc power supply and stiffing cap. It doesn't have the power of the Bryston 4b (running 8ohms) , but the SQ is a bit better. Pretty empressive. (especially for a car amp I took a chance on 🙂
To summarize: The Audison LRX4.5 is a great amp.. and it will continue to play in my house... I'm still shopping for that upgrade, but today: The Bryston goes in the closet 🙂

I have to agree, Audison make very good amps, probably the best.
I have a lrx 4300 which cost me 450 pounds, worth every penny, brilliant sound quality, i then upgraded to the lrx 4.1 at 800 pounds, a lot richer, deeper, more detailed sound. I would not hesitate to recommend Audison to anyone.
