My friend purchased used 804. But, their tweeter don't work any more because they are old and damaged.
So, he wants to replace something similar or better (if possible).
I am considering to recommend Raven1 or SEAS Millenium.
What tweeter would you recommend for it?
I don't have any experience of 804, so I don't have any clue.

Contact B&W directly. I'll bet a replacement tweeter can be bought.
Doing a tweeter sub will degrade the sound, guaranteed. Doing it properly means a complete crossover rework, not just dropping in some aftermarket tweeter that physically fits into the old space.

The tweeter has the number zz8532
I just replaced my tweeter (or I actually got a repair kit) on my B&W Matrix 805, and the 804 and 805 has the same tweeters. No problem getting a new one. Contact your local B&W dealer for info and prices.
It is also possibe to get a repair kit for the tweeters. It is called ZR8532, It only costs about 25$.
