Hi, I have been wondering what should one do to port a little enclosure (around 0.6 cubic foot) with two little full range 5.25" car loud speakers. I have been thinking these may be good for 2.1 amplifiers in company with a subwoofer.
Because of their specs, one cannot expect getting too much bass from them, because their specs and size, however I think that it does not hurt putting them in a proper enclosure that can squeeze all what they can give, after all they will create some bass, so I can use it alone without subwoofer in certain situations or hobbies.
These speakers never come with TS parameters, because they usually are intended to just be mounted on free air surfaces.
Do you think I should go with a port 1.5" diameter and some inches? maybe 10"? the pair mounted on a shared chamber, which can be about 0.6 cubic foot.

Qts could run in the 1 to 2 region - they may work on an open baffle than a ported enclosure - you could try one on a cardboard baffle to hear whether there's sufficient low frequency balance. I tried a $10 Boss 6x9 whizzer cone speaker and even without any baffle, it had a pleasant balance on cello, etc. and was fun on something like XRK971's :Kazba" . A 5.25 won't move as much air as the 6x9 so YMMV.
you could try a ported cabinet or T-line and tune "by ear" since that's the way the result is finally judged.

Car speakers works well in a closed box, TL and on a baffle. Ported enclosure is out of question.

After all they still are just speakers, and I think that if they have surround, cone, spider, definitely can sound some better on a ported enclosure that enhances the bass response.

No, you are wrong.
So will they throw more bass in a sealed enclosure instead?
Not in a 0.6 ft^3 cab. Consider how lossy a door or kick panel 'cab' is, so this small a sealed cab will 'squeeze' all the bass out of it. Long time ago, I measured these kind of drivers and to get extended bass down to <40 Hz required well damped 5-8 ft^3 TLs depending on frame size due to their very weak motors.

Utter nonsense...
Car loudspeaker in a sealed enclosure will throw better sound quality, not lower bass.So will they throw more bass in a sealed enclosure instead?
A Tline sounds like a good idea. The pressure a Tline allows on the cone will probably be a nice extra as a tline doesn't have a port. It's a duct. Basically a badly tuned box that coincidentally is good. Or.. an intentionally resonating cabinet that we take advantage of.
TLines have a much nicer sound in my opinion. One that is closer to that of a Sealed box. It's also harder to "Unload" a tline as there's always somewhat a pressure on the cone.
