Behringer HA400 Op-Amp (CoolAudio V4580)

I am trying to repair a Behringer MA400 headphone amplifier which seems to have blown Op-Amps (CoolAudio V4580).

They are SOP-8 package Op-Amps. Could I use any of these ROHM ones:

LM4565
BA2904
BA4580

These use 4590 chips so almost anything that runs on a very low voltage will do.
I would fit NJM4580E-TE1. The usual cause of failure is incorrect power supply, otherwise they are protected against overload.

Did you mean 4580 chips?

Thanks for the suggestion of the Nisshinbo part, the internal transistor layout looks identical to the CoolAudio one.

Hi,
Please check where in diagram that 4580 is. This opamp has one good characteristic to be able to drive very low R loads (down to 100ohm) and Behringer is using that characteristic sometimes.
If its on such place best replace it with new 4580, that's very cheap opamp.
V4580 is NJM4580
