It is time to replace belts on my 2 Nakamichi Cassette Decks and was looking for a reliable, quality source. I see them on eBay and 2 suppliers I see are WJOE Radio LLC and Vintage Electronics.net. Has anyone had any recent success getting good quality belt kits from any of these suppliers or have another suggestion. Thank you.

Be wary, a belt is not just a belt. The evenness of the thickness of the belt around the circumference determines the wow & flutter of the capstan. I've used Marrs and they've measured well, I've had good belts from a German supplier too, and I've had a lot of belts that were only good for the trash. Ironically, good belts are not necessarily expensive and expensive belts are not necessarily good.
Thanks for these responses. Apparently Marrs had a fire consume the home and thus totally destroyed their inventory of belts. In fact they have a Go Fund Me page to help rebuild their home. Very unfortunate. Hopefully I can find a good source as you say the quality is very important to avoid wow and flutter as well especially for the capstan drive.
