Boombox amp and its problems

So I am attempting to build a boombox, with drivers and crossovers already choosen the amp is my only problem.

I've found tons of options (cheap Chinese mini amps, maxim integrated boards, stuff from 41hz.com) but I just need some guidance to find the exact board.

It needs to have 4 outs, or a L/R and two sub outs, and be able to push around the 30-40 watt's at 8 ohms. and the voltage doesn't matter cause battery's are an easy change.

I don't mind doing some soldering (not to much, im still new to this) and budget isn't a "problem" just be reasonable.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated😛

Oh, and the speakers I choose are as follows, the tweeters and mids are gonna be connected too crossovers. and all the silver will look nice with the wood box im building.

4x
Tang Band W2-803SM 2" Extended Range Speaker Driver

2x
Tang Band W3-593SF 3" Full Range Silver Cone Driver

2x
Dayton Audio DA215-8 8" Aluminum Cone Woofer

You're making the classic mistake of choosing very low sensitivity fullrange drivers, and having subwoofers too. This is not ging to work in a portable design. You need high sensitivity midwoofers and some matching tweeters. A boombox does not and should not attempt to play very deep bass. It's a common mistake as well. Just make sure that what it does play, it plays well.

That is all. If you want some pointers, you can visit my Boominator thread.
