I have a bad transistor with c3200 marked on it. I have worn out google trying to find something to replace it with, but I ahve so far been unable. Can anyone send me in the right direction?
Thanks!

Thanks!

What you have there is a 2SC3200 and could be substituted with
2SC1775A, 2SC2240, 2SC2362, 2SC2459
More possibilities are around.
Here are the specs:
NF, ra, 120V, 0,1A, 0,3W, 100MHz
NF: Audio frequency range
ra: low noise

Thanks a lot, got a replacement on the way now! While I am here I figured I would ask... I have another transistor with the markins d1302. I searched for it also in google. Tried 2sd1302, but no luck. It is also very small. Thanks in advance for any help!
Strange, my first hit with google gave me this:

Some possible replacements:
You'll have a hard time for that one, unless someone else could jump in here.

2SD667A is a little overkill. Different pinout but MPSA06 might work. I don't know what the hFE should be.
