Anyone is the US willing to design, for a fee, DXF files for me to submit to Modushop for panels? I did some searches in various fora, but did not get anything.
I would provide scans of hand-generated design on graph paper, with appropriate dimensional information. Punching is only what I would news, no graphics or labels to be engraved.

You can do this yourself with the free software frontpaneldesigner. You don't have to buy the panel you design from them.

I’ve tried using it on my Mac, and I can’t get the hang of it. When I got my first Mac in 1989, I bought a simple CAD program that was very easy to use, and would have had every capability for me to design the panels. Like grouping objects; locking them in place and unlocking them; simple duplication of objects, auto snap to grid; alignment L, middle, R and up, middle, down; easy addition of dimensioning arrows of different types, and pointing arrows to explanatory blocks of text. And so on. I’m sure they are there in Front Panel Express but they are buried under multiple options that I don’t need.
After spending 3-4 hours over several days, I’ve given up. Better to let an expert do the work for a fee. I can then concentrate on what I am good at: the basic configuration.

If it's not essential to be US based I could do it, for a small donation to diyAudio. I am "fluent" in Autocad but have never prepared drawings for modushop.
Maybe put what you want on paper & scan and different people might have a try!
Modushop will accept the Front Panel Designer files directly.
Usually, i enter the dimensions of the panel (Dissipante or Mini Dissipante… Modushop can five you the 2d), then put the Front Panel Designer grid to 5mm and begin to make holes and stuff…
But depends how complex you would like to make stuff

Example of something Modushop told me was OK for a Mini Dissipante
Modushop share the original 2D DXF, i used the front & back panel dimensions from the DXF to report in Front Panel Designer then start to put various stuff back and forth (hole, sink/countersink... Front has power switch, led, and potentiometer. Back is power connector, Balannced connection, Unbalanced, Loudspeakers connection)

Thank you so much for offering. What would you like me to contribute? Perhaps before answering I will draft it up and send you via PM so can advise. If it's not essential to be US based I could do it, for a small donation to diyAudio. I think the minimum donation is 20 $, that would be perfectly fine for me!What would you like me to contribute?
Most of the cad programs are not very new user friendly. While I did take Auto cad training, I fall back to Auto sketch made by the same company and it is much easier to use for basic 2d cad. I Not sure if it is still available .

We also have a "CAD drawing preparation" service, you can find it here https://modushop.biz/site/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=580
The import thing is each file you submit has all the required information (dimensions of holes/positions etc.. etc..)
