I have seen many VZ range amps and only ever found 1 faulty one. Caused by liquid damage. They are extremely well engineered.

They're not being run hard enough, then.
I used to work at a venue that had a lot of VZ5s with one channel down.
They also had about 8x 2401s which looked like they'd never been cleaned out, which worked flawlessly every time, running some old Betamax monitors (Deltamax derivatives, fewer handles and more steel).
