CS8415A serial data output

I want to digitally record (into SRAM) the serial data output from a Crystal CS8415A. The data will be played back later into a CS8404 for re-encoding. To do the recording I was intending to sample the states of the SDOUT and OLRCK lines every time the OSCLK line pulses.

I am getting in a CS8415A IC soon. Could someone please tell me the typical and maximum clock rates of the OSCLK line when the input to the CS8415A is a Dolby Digital or DTS signal from a DVD player?
