I buy my custom power transformers from Raoli (trasformaudio.com). They are a known name in Italy. Lately I've bought a power transformer for a 2A3 pp amplifier with custom bells paint and a custom replacement for a vintage 807 monoblock pair, all them good value for money and quite fast turnaround time. They also build output transformers and chokes, but I haven't tried them.
