Dayton Audio DTA-1/2 Sonic Impact Revision 2 pcb help

Hi all, long time lurker & first time poster with some technical problems. These specifically are the DTA-2 which seem to be exact clones of the SI revision 2 or later pcb's, & the same board in DTA-1 from what little I can find on the net.

My quandry:

After finally getting around to the project 3 years later, my LC meter's screen gave up the ghost, typical. Murphy (of Law fame) being the royal parentally bereft child he is, inflicted a 2nd application of his law on the project about 3 hours later. One word: Cat.

There went the PCB skittering across the floor, & all that that ensues. Upon close inspection, I lost C67, L1, & L2 off the board, all of them broken or MIA. I've been in touch with Parts Express in the meantime, however, those particular parts are not found in the original data sheet/schematic from Tripath. They are supposed to be contacting the manufacturer as of yesterday (4 days after the initial inquiry). Although frankly, I find it difficult to believe someone couldn't simply pull one off the shelf to test & report back, since they have stock currently...

Color me not impressed by the latter, & after 24 years as an off & on customer of theirs, that's an unpleasant and new twist.

So, those values for C67, L1, & L2... I'm needing them pretty desperately at the moment, & would like to get this order @ Mouser for the replacements/upgrades(?) completed & in transit. Tossing this pcb, as cheap as it it, isn't an option. I'd already pulled the chokes & caps along with reinforcing the solder pads, & upgraded the traces with some ultra low resistance, sold by the troy oz. stuff. Any help here, will be met with flourishing praise for the momentary elevation of the human race on the whole, & cookies. Don't forget, cookies!

Thanks.
