I tried to connect a new bought digital player (DIY product) to my DCD-S10 CD player via coxial and also optical but failed, the signal light keep flashing on the CDP (the format to out is already set to PCM 16/44.1khz). However, the CDP can connect with a TV box via optical, the signal light is steady and LCD shows 44, sound is also normal. And the digital player's both coxial and optical output are also working as I try to connect them to another DAC and works.
The problem seems the compatibility of S10 and this digital player. This is very weired. Do anybody has any hints what the problem is?
S10 has 4x1702 chip and I would really like to use it as a DAC. The digital receiving IC is Yamaha YM3623B.
