Denon poa-4400 is a Threshold project?

Hi Nelson

I have found on the internet the following statement :

DENON's Reference-Class POA-4400 & 6600 monaural power amps
that have earned high marks from audiophiles and critics
throughout the world. This affordable yet luxurious
monaural power amps with its Dual Super NON-NFB circuit
(The Nelson Pass 'Stasis' design, and were built under
licence from Threshold) delivers high power while
preserving even the most delicate nuances of high-quality
digital sound sources."

Is this true?

Thanks for your attention

Best Regards from Italy

The Denon POA 4400 & 6600 were built between 1989 and 1995, so production began prior to NP leaving Threshold in '92.
I've read that they were a low or no NFB design but I've never read that they were STASIS like as far as circuitry.
