Denon poa-4400 is a Threshold project?

I have found on the internet the following statement :

Is this true?

That is high praise indeed, but if Denon licensed something from Threshold it was
after my time there, which would have been 1992 or after.

The Denon POA 4400 & 6600 were built between 1989 and 1995, so production began prior to NP leaving Threshold in '92.
I've read that they were a low or no NFB design but I've never read that they were STASIS like as far as circuitry.
