I found some Telefunken DF 96 tube, and I wonder, is it possible to build a preamp with these tubes?
Possible, yes. Advisable? Maybe not.
The DF96 requires 1.5V for the filament and somewhere around 90V for the anode supply. I believe it is a variable-mu valve, as it was intended for IF amplification in portable radios where AGC would normally be applied. Anode current will only be a mA or so, so no driving ability.
