Maybe you can find good circuits here (and also help if you need):

I think one of the best thing about diyAudio is that you can come in, do a search, and find lots of projects like what you're asking for. However, you do have to search the forum to find the good ones. There are several designs that have been built by multiple members, so can be considered tested designs (at least to the point that people have successfully built them and are happy with the results). If you're looking for a phono preamp that uses 2SK170BL then search "phono preamp 2sk170" and you should find some candidates.
better than matched SK170 is ordinary unmathced JFE2140 (if you find something good for input)a matched quad of original 2sk170bl if any good
I recently completed my simple DIY active phono preamp project using the venerable NE5532N op-amp, and I am pleased to report that the sound quality is good, especially considering its straightforward design. The circuit is fully functional and has been tested with various vinyl records.
Comments, suggestions, feedback, or any advice to improve the circuit are welcome. It's enjoyable to build DIY projects, and they are inexpensive. Thank you!

Or take a look at OREAD
(PCBs available)
I got the new OREAD PCBs, version r06, and immediately assembled one.

This time, as already announced, the 'NPN circuit', i.e. with NPN transistors at the input.
All other transistors, electrolytic capacitors and of course the operating voltages have their polarity swapped accordingly.
To do this, I made a few small changes to the board layout compared to version r04.
To avoid the operating voltage having to be connected the other way round than the board print indicates depending on the selected circuit (NPN/PNP), the polarity of the operating voltages on the...
