You need a DPDT type foot switch - which will have 6 tags on the rear.
This is sometimes known as a double pole changeover - the first one shown in your link (blue body) - has 3 change over contacts (9 tags) - which will be fine - you will have one set spare!
Find a general electronics component supplier, perhaps one specialising in stomp boxes - you should find suitable switches, possibly of higher quality - and at lower prices than eBay items......
They will also have all the other items you might need - from one source, so you will only pay one lot of delivery charges.

Thanks for your answer john, so basically i need the type of the second switch i posted...right? i found (somewhere i can't remember now) that the switch with 9 pins has embedded bypass is this true or the 3 extra pins is input-output like you said?
Yes, you need one of those DPDT types.
The 3PDT switches have no imbedded circuit, but the exstra contact is used by people adding true bypass to their own effect pedals. Your existing circuit already has true bypass without the extra contacts.
The two sections of Footswitch A and B are that stomp switch. Part A selects bypass or effect. Part B turns the light on.
Your hard/buffer switch selects a hardwired "true bypass" or a buffered output when in bypass mode. It would probably be a small toggle switch. This selector is not the sort of thing you'd likely change as an effect, it is more preference selector you'd set and leave.
The remaining switch is the soft/hard clip mode switch. That does change the sound of the effect. You could make that also a small toggle switch to select. Or if you find the two settings sound different enough to make it useful, you could wire it up as a second stomp switch.
