I found one on EBay but its 1.5" thick. Thats still pretty thick and may work. They also have the bearing assembly available for it. Its from Hong Kong though.

diyhifisupply sell the platters and bearings for their TT separately. I checked a while back and the platter was $100, the bearing $80.

A few years ago Scheu did made this platter for me. A bigger diameter but because of the smaller upper part still ready to be used with a standard arm.It is a one piece made to measure design but they have some choices that will give you close to what you are searching for.
