Hello, I am looking for MOSFETS-FQA40N25 & FQA36P15. Matched sets are better, primarily need FQ36P15 as 40N25 is available with few online vendors, Quad or multiples.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I measured the 30qty FQA40N25 parts I have on hand from Rochester, and the same for the handful of FQA36P15 I acquired from another diyaudio member. If anyone wants matched pairs of these for an AN39 amp, feel free to send me a PM.
I don't have a lot of matches due to the small quantities I have on hand, however, I have enough to help a few folks out and keep a few sets for myself. These really don't need matching at all for the Alpha Nirvana 39 per ASKA and others in the thread. However, for feel good factor I'm offering up the N and N matched very close (around 5V Vgs at 24V, 1A, 50°C), and P and P matched very close (around 4V Vgs 24V, 1A, 50°C). I used a Siglent SDM3065X 6.5 digit bench-top DMM to take the Vgs measurements to 3 decimal places. They are not N channel to P channel matched for awareness, just NN and PP.
I used a hot plate to get all the FETs up to 50°C and maintain them during a 2 minute timed measurement while clamped to a heat sink also at 50°C. The technique works really well as the Vgs settles in and stabilizes around the 1 minute mark.
EDIT: I'm also willing to match up FQA28N15 parts for Lhqualm's "Holy Grail", although similarly, they really don't need to be matched.

Thanks @birdbox ! For offering matched sets of both, not easy to match them! Thread be closed, as scammers are still reaching out via PM.
