I usally assume that everything on Ebay always is fake. I can't tell from your link if they are fake are not, but why take the risk? Buy them from an authorized distrubutor or retailer instead. The price are a lot higher then FTCAP(FTCAP Fischer and Tausche Capacitors - FTCAP GmbH) with same capacitance and voltage, imo FTCAP are prefered compared to old RIFA PEH169.
They also seem to be produced 0109 and should be considered as outdated, in best case they need a few weeks of reformatting. Ellyts should be only be bought if they are fresh.

The FTCAP has distributor in Germany. I don't think it will work for me since i'm in the US. Thanks for the feedback anyway regarding the RIFA PEH169.

I don't know if you're aware of the particular characteristics of the Rifa 196s but they are regarded as one of 'the fastest' electro caps ever made and this will directly affect the sound of any classA amp, particularly in comparison to caps like the F&T, Mundorf, etc which produce a 'softer' and 'more rounded' sound in the same power supply circuit

The 169 range, like the 200s, are BIG and are built to work hard - they're designed for industrial/military use - it's generally recommended to mount them vertically which will be a challenge due to their size, but ...
