Sounds like slight instability or RF pick up --not surprising when a bandwidth of more than 50MHz is spec for those two video chips .


A "cure " using small value ceramic capacitors might help as you would in a repair to a HF communications receiver.


Matter of fact bandwidth can be increased to 95MHz (-3db) .



At those frequencies even very small faults are amplified.
