Him I am a new member.
I just got a pair of Harbeth HL-P3 speakers from my friend. One of the woofer is burnt.
The woofer of this Harbeth HL-P3 is 4.5" (110mm) polypropylene-cone woofer (got this spec from internet).
From the label of the woofer, it is written as:
P14 RC/TV-HB
H531-04 ohm IH
made in Norway 37/92.
Is this a SEAS woofer? and what is the model of this original woofer and where can I find a replacement for this.

Ha, another P14 SEAS - vintage 14 cm woofer (5"), this time a 4 ohm.
These are very hard to find.

Reply received from Hartbeth that the drivers for HL-P3 are long out of production and the drivers used in the later P3-ES and P3-ES2 are different from the HL-P3.
Any idea that which SEAS woofers can be used as a replacement.
The link provided by Inductor mentopmed that it can be replaced by SEAS H393. This SEAS H393 is 8 ohm and the my woofer label is 4 ohm. Can I use H393 as a replacement which is of different impedence

First we know (you say) it's a 4 ohm, but "we" don't know Re or any specs. So:
1. Get a similar 4 Ohm (they are not available) but... some people have them. The 4 Ohm might be more difficult. Just make sure is a 4 Ohm.
2. Get a different driver, same size. (4 Ohm)
3. Get a different driver, different size (or round instead of square) also 4 Ohm.
4. Last call. Because you have one woofer, that's very good, it can always be measured for the renaissance of the new twins, if you understand me.
0. (If) Your's could be repaired... or not. Check first. One of the woofer is burnt.
