The photo you attached could be a folded horn, a ported box, or some sort of band-pass box.
"Turbosound" was a PA speaker company founded in England in the early 1970's, their cabinets used a “Turbo phase plug", a nose-cone shaped device in front of the midrange cone.
In English, "turbo" is usually an abbreviation for "turbine", and other than an association with speed or power, has no audio meaning.
"Open show" also has no audio meaning that I understand in the context you use it.
