help with Qualio-IQ filter

Hi as my first loudspeaker I am building a "clone" of the qualio-iq speaker.
There are much information about the speaker on their website and from test.

Final specifications for this visiting Polish intelligentsia would be 102×38.5×31.5cm HxWxD, 32kg/ea., 4Ω, 30Hz-31kHz and 89dB. The AMT comes in at an unexpectedly tall ~8kHz on a 2 order slope whilst the Satori widebander adopts shallow 1 order entries/exits on either end. It meets the Satori woofer at a high 600Hz. The woofer enters on another 2 order filter.

I can't find out where the resistor and one of the capacitors goes. It looks like they site on the midrange

Over coil on midrange its one resistor 18 Ohm, change the capacitor on midrange to move the separation on 600Hz and the crossover point to tweeter its 7kHz

It is really hard to reverse-engineer the crossover based on the description and images. I assume, that the images are not 100% correct or just for illustration purposes (not soldered), because the 220uF cap and 2mH coil combo does not make sense to me. The 220uF Cap needs to be swapped with the 42uF. Then we're getting a 550Hz low-pass for the woofer. The first order band-pass is missing the resistors IMHO. Here 220uF and an 1Ohm (just example) would give us a 720Hz on the low side and with the 18Ohm resistor along with the 0,39mH a 7,3 kHz on the high side.
I'm also skeptical about the 6,8uF, because we would need to drop the L2 to around 0,05mH to a achieve at least 8,6kHz.
Are you able to provide me with your measurements? I could try to find out proper parameters.
(there is a small error in the plan, please look at the v3 in my next reply)

… I looked again to the first image and saw the 4th cap (rear left) which seems to have the same size a the 6,8 Cap.
This would makes sense because 2 times 6,8 uF in a row equals 3,4 uF and together with the 0,12 mH coil we would get a 7,9 kHz cross. 🙂 tada.
Once we have a better value for the 1 Ohm resistor (1,1 Ohm would probably do the trick), we're pretty much there gents

Actually this would be my (starting) solution based on the values I could get.
Still the 220uF and the 390mH does not makes sense. Some better values for the mid driver can bee seen here my pic.
Also the 18 Ohm resister does not do much, however If I would have the measurements, I could find out.
Where did you get all the values of the components? I cannot see them in the picture.
All SB drivers are the 4 Ohms versions.

perhaps the 18hom resistor in serie is here to raise both the low Qts of the driver and the impedance ?

do you have build it ? i will probably make my own version soon with a diferent bass driver and active crossover ..
