Tymphany’s role is to make life better, apparently.

(Yes, that’s a picture of the Nest Audio speaker, by US multinational Google, built in China, by the Hong Kong based Tymphany, which took over Denmark based Peerless and Vifa)

Today Denmark’s number 1 export is pharmaceuticals- particular the weight loss drug semaglutide, to developed nations with high proportion of obese people, like Australia and America.

Speakers, microphones and electronics and furniture and wood products were eclipsed long ago…

At its peak, Jamo was Europe’s largest speaker manufacturer some 30 years ago (1994) but after declining market conditions and sales, was sold was sold to owned by Klipsch in 2005. Products have been made in China for 20 years, and bear little with the original Danish company. By using the honoured brand name, it can drive continue driving sales in Europe
