There are 2 scenarios, one where i adjust the tubes tightly so they vibrate less and the other where i dont so they vibrate a lot, i dont know how they sound so i would like to hear your suggestions
You don't want any part of your speaker vibrating, except for the driver cones, domes, etc.
If it doesn't sound when tapping it with a screwdriver, then it's probably ok.

Depends what frequency it vibrates at.
If you have a mode at 1kHz, but your sub only ever goes to 100Hz - you're probably ok.

There's more experienced people than me, but surely this will ring badly? Whether at its fundamental or harmonic, and add unwanted sound to the design.
It depends on the metal. Aluminum will ring strongly, may actually make more noise than the woofer and at a high midrange frequency for most typical lengths.
Iron not so much. Steel a bit more. Don't really know about copper. But the best would be lead.
Of course there is plastic pipe and that could be best if it is rated for pressure. That would have a thicker wall than something lighter duty.
