issue WinISD port length Qes/Pe!

Usually, it means that the port velocity is too high, and the diameter of the vent needs to be increased substantially. A rule of thumb is to keep the vent mach under 0.16 or so, although I'd say this is dependent on a number of variables, including the application for the driver being used..

However, I've also seen WinISD Beta (what you're obviously using) go completely whacko with the vent lengths while the Qes/Pe! msg won't go away. If this happens, simply close WinISD, reopen, and start over. In fact, this happened to me again just yesterday. On another topic, WinISD isn't the most accurate of all things, and the Beta version certainly isn't. I've also heard things about vent lengths displayed being incorrect.
