The tweeter (UniQ) of one Q900 speaker is very weak by comparison to the other one. I exchanged both units, believe this tweeter is faulty.
It's weak, but still sounds. Can I say it is blown out or not?
Thanks.

What do you mean "exchanged both units"? If it's at all possible, try disconnecting the tweeter from the OTHER speaker, running a long wire (with alligator clips?) to the questionable tweeter to confirm that it is in fact the tweeter and not something in the high-pass section for the tweeter in the crossover.
Cheers,

Means, I removed each uniQ unit from each Q900 speaker, and replaced each other on both speakers. but got the same result, so I can say the crossover section is ok, believe that tweeter is damaged. Not sure if I can repair it? 😕
I am trying to contact kef service to deal with it.
Thank you very much.
That settles it. Sorry to hear your tweeter got damaged! Best of luck finding a replacement. :-(
