Hello, I have a 46cxa1800.1 class D mono amp with a burned output transistor and I cannot figure out what to replace it with, it's labeled T410 BV8316, there are four at locations, q103, q104, q203(damaged), q204. I'm limited in my knowledge and tools, all I have is a multimeter for testing, I did read that it is recommended to replace all of them for a lasting repair.

What do the 4 output transistors read from terminal 1 to terminal 2?
AOT410
There is likely driver/buffer transistor damage and the output driver ICs (IRS20957?) may have failed.

Hi Perry, Thank You!, Is the AOT410L on digikey what I should get? I had the system at low volume when it started to cycle into protection mode and I shut it off immediately and haven't powered it back on yet, theres no visible damage on the other side of the board so I didn't bother with a picture. I will get those pulled today and tested.
I believe so. I think the L means lead free but someone should correct me if that's incorrect.
On the AOT460 datasheet, it states that the L and non-L are electrically identical so I assume the same for these.
