I have a KSP-7B power supply with a dead rail, does anyone have a schematic please? I can't seem to find one anywhere, it seem to be a design they regularly use to get +/-21V. Thanks.
Never ever seen a published schematic of a Krell pre. But why do you need a schematic anyway? The PS is just 3-terminal regulator based, isn't it? As straightforward as they come.
EDIT: Just looked at the pics of my old KRC. Not 3-teminal but a circuit with bipolar pass transistors and an opamp. Looks pretty simple, something along the lines of Jung/Sulzer. Can probably draw it from the pics. Is it the same in yours?

So, why do you need a circuit? It is probably just a zener referenced emitter follower and for the purposes of troubleshooting there are very few components to go wrong, mostly the transistors.
Check voltage at base, if present and around 20v, but missing at emitter > check/replace transistor.
