Laser-cut speaker grilles?

It'd be good for the retro look.

A friend makes punches for paper, basically a press item, he laser cuts grooves in plywood and fits blades in it.
Autocad or similar programs are used.

So not a big issue, find a shop that makes those tools, ask a printing press owner.

They are also known as carton punching dies.
Most shops make at least 20 dies daily, so not difficult for them to cut wood as per your instructions.

Thank you! Not easy when the WAF is strong haha.

My gf is picky, she end up telling me “do what you what” because she doesn’t like it but everyone who came to my house says the grille are nice.

I’m kind of in the same pickle now with my subwoofer grille, don’t know where to go grille wise.
