Hi friends
I bought a new amp x1.2000.1D amp and at first use all mosfets smoked. As there is no any local support in our country, I started to check the error by myself . I am an electronica l educated.
after checking , I couldn't find any problem except broken all mosfets .
I found the main problem on amp driver board and I replaced gate drivers IR2110 but no success then I measured DC volt on driver out which it cause short circuit on mosfets and burn thems.
All ic on board are cleaned but after investigation and information from link

I found these :
U4 & U5 : IR2110
U3 : HEF 4070
After checking the pins of U2 & U1 I guess :
U2 : LM319 D
U1 ; TL 072
any Idea in this case for fix it will be appreciated .

thanks for reply. as I mentioned, all IC on board are unknown because surface cleared. my question is, can I use this configuration on driver board?
U1 : TL072 as opamp
U2 : LM319D as comprator
U3 : HEF 4070 as invertor
U4 and U5 : IR2110 as gate driver

Those are the ICs used on similar boards but the op-amp is (on other boards) an NE5532 and the driver may be an IR2113.
I means H and L output of IR 2110 voltage. additionally, I haven't scop so how can I be sure that it will work correctly?'driver output' could be a lot of things. Be more specific.
I plan to replace all ICs on driver board with a.m configuration ( op - amp = NE5532) and inform you the result.
Without a scope, it's very difficult to know if the drive signals are as they should be. You can compare the DC voltage readings across legs 1 and 3 of each of the FETs to compare the high/low side readings for each IC but that's not definitive.
finally I received my scope. a brief description of my broken system is
Power supply is ok
for output, replaced output from 45N20 to 31N20D (IOR)
where 45N20 capacitance is 3300pf and for 31N20 is 2500
there is a 100 ohm res. parallel with a diode feeding the gate.
I start with 2 fets but after 10 second Lo side fet get hot. here are my screen shots from scope for hi and lo at gate. can you see any problem on pictures? how can I solve it please?
