Hi guys.
I'm looking for an equivalent or replacement part for this IC: TL783C or LM783C.
I have an AMEK-TAC series 350 power supply and this part is mounted in the 48V phantom section. I fact, it is the only IC or transistor present in this 48V circuit. Here is the circuit diagram.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance.

That's a high voltage 3-terminal regulator. It's a current part but it doesn't look like anybody has any stock until 2023! Unfortunately there don't seem to be any drop-in replacements. You might get by with something else in the lower voltage upper and middle sections (based on the 40V filter caps), but for the bottom high voltage section you might be SOL for a while, unless you built up something discrete.
There's an "HV" version of the LM317 that can take a 57V input voltage. As it looks like there is a 63V capacitor before the regulator I think that would be enough (if you can find one and the pin connections match - haven't looked yet).
I'd be cautious with buying potential fakes, because the LM783 is a floating regulator like the LM317. A rebadged LM317 might work initially but then if you accidentally short an output or similar the differential voltage is so high that the regulator dies.
There's a thread about Polida selling fakes... I'd avoid.I bought some from ebay Polida?, they seem to work
